Sabur, Inc. is a professional services business specializing in professional land surveying and construction layout. Sabur is located two miles west of the I-170/Page intersection. We serve clients in Missouri and Eastern Illinois.
Sabur stands for Sater and Burrell. The collaborative between Mike Sater and Duane Burrell became a formal business in January of 1993 and has served the St. Louis metropolitan area for almost 20 years. Mike and Duane met while working for a local civil engineering firm and began to work together after Duane transitioned from field surveying to office calculations and graphics. While working on joint projects a desire to provide professional services to engineers, architects, contractors and governmental agencies developed.
With the support of family, colleagues, and SBA, Mike and Duane acquired the staff and funding to open their doors. From the beginning Sabur found work and developed lasting relationships by working side-by-side with their clients.
Through the years Sabur has become a platform for employee development in pursuit of excellence in the profession of land surveying. This benefit is realized and enjoyed by all Sabur’s clients.
Although Sabur provides services to distressed communities, we also have distinguished ourselves with significant involvment in heavy highway, bridge construction, and creek stabilization. Mike and Duane understand that to be in business is to be service to our community.
